Information
The first tab Res.Pool Information tab groups the characteristics of the resource pools into a table, which contains the following information:
Item | Description |
---|---|
Name | Name of the server |
Identifier | Unique identifier of the resource pool |
VMS | Number of VMs in the resource pool |
CPU Res (MHz) | CPU Reservation |
CPU Limit (MHZ) | CPU Limit |
CPU Expandable | Expandable Reservation |
Memory Res. (MB) | Memory Reservation |
Memory Limit (MB) | Memory Limit |
Memory Expandable | Expandable Reservation |

Resource parameters
This screen displays general information about resource pools, such as processor and memory reservations and limits.
Physical resources over the last 24 hours
This frame shows the resource pool usage status over the last day. Three resources are analysed: CPU reservation / consumption, memory reservation/consumption and storage. The green indicator shows what has been reserved/consumed in the resource pool for virtual machines. This frame shows the current activity of the resource pool in relation to its capacity.
Resource information
This section allows you to follow the evolution of the number of virtual machines that are running in the analysed resource pool.
You can also get an estimate of the number of virtual machines that can be created, based on two criteria:
- The green circle indicates the number of virtual machines that can still be created The green circle indicates the number of virtual machines that can still be created based on the consumption of virtual machines.
- The blue circle indicates the number of virtual machines that can still be created The blue circle indicates the number of virtual machines that can still be created based on the reservation of virtual machines.
An estimate of the saturation dates is also present in this view. One is based on reservation and the other on consumption.
